The Sierra Range SRS-36 gas salamander puts finishing touches on dishes by melting cheese or adding a brown crispiness to dishes for a pleasing finished product. This salamander has two infrared burners that each put out 20,000 BTU for plenty of cooking power. Its stainless steel exterior is corrosion resistant and is shielded from denting and scrapes.

Inside the Sierra Range SRS-36 salamander is a nickel-chrome-plated rack carriage assembly that can be repositioned to accommodate different dish sizes. The assembly rolls out for convenient loading and is counterbalanced with springs for stability. It and the drip pan can be removed from the salamander for cleaning. This salamander includes a conversion kit to LP gas and wall-mount brackets.
