Beverage-Air SPE36HC-10 Description

The Beverage Air SPE36HC-10 prep table holds 10 sixth-size pans in its top compartment, and product in those pans is protected from contamination by insulated hoods. Cold air from the evaporator moves under the pans to keep them cold, and they are recessed 2 inches into the unit to maintain safe holding temperatures. A 10-inch-deep cutting board spans the width of the unit so operators can prep ingredients and finish plates. In the refrigerated base, the Beverage Air SPE36HC-10 prep table has two epoxy-coated shelves and an aluminum interior construction. Self-closing doors enhance product access and stay open past 120 degrees.
