Gas Type & Elevation

• Please specify gas type: Natural or Propane.

• If installation elevation is over 2000 ft, provide elevation details.

Hot Tops

• Standard placement is on the left.

• If a different location is preferred, specify using suffixes: -1, -2, or -3.

• Thickness: 3/4"

Griddle

• Standard configuration includes one internal grease drawer.

• Thickness: 5/8"

Storage Base Models

• For base on left, use standard configuration.

• For base on right, use Model H282.

• Note: Overall dimensions remain the same as Model H283.

Convection Oven Base Models

• In place of the standard oven base:

  1. Use suffix RC for (1) Convection Oven Base (standard on left, right side optional).

  2. Use suffix RC2 for (2) Convection Oven Bases.
