The efficient self-contained refrigeration system of the Hoshizaki SR36B-10 sandwich and salad prep table can operate in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Its capillary tubes use R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which can be set between 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. This forced-air distribution circulates between the pans, which are located on the top of the unit at a 11/2-inch depth below the lid for comfortable reach.
These 10 sixth-size pans can contain diced produce, sliced meat, and shredded cheese in their durable polycarbonate construction that resists cracks and chips through consistent use. These accessories are simple to clean, reducing the buildup of bacteria, mold, and other contaminants, and this unit is equipped with a 1/2-inch polyethylene cutting board.
