Designed for high-demand environments like snack bars and concession stands, the U.S. Range USCBLR-48 delivers full-size charbroiler performance in a compact countertop design. This heavy-duty unit features (8) 18,000 BTU cast iron radiant burners, each controlled by individual variable hi/lo valves for precise cooking.

The 21 3/16" deep cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and deliver signature grill marks, making it ideal for cooking everything from burgers and chicken to seafood. Its generous cooking surface ensures efficient service during busy hours.

Constructed with a durable stainless steel body and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this charbroiler is built to last and easy to clean. A removable, large-capacity grease catch tray helps maintain a clean workspace by collecting drippings and debris.
