The Southbend PCG140S/SD full size convection oven is a double-deck unit powered by natural gas. It's constructed of durable stainless steel for a long service life. The Southbend PCG140S/SD full size convection oven’s interior is coated with porcelain to establish an easy-to-clean surface and features coved corners, which are easier to clean than squared corners because they eliminate hard-to-reach crevices. The ovens are accessed using two-panel glass doors that have stay-cool, heavy-duty door handles. Each oven has a separate control panel that can be pulled out for maintenance, and the interior of each oven measures 29 inches wide by 21¹/₂ inches deep by 20 inches high.
