The Jet Tech EV-18 high-temperature undercounter dishwasher is designed to handle your business's dishwashing needs efficiently. With a capacity of up to 55 racks per hour and minimal water usage (0.79 gallons per rack), it offers flexibility with two cycle options ranging from 1 to 3 minutes.

Equipped with a built-in booster heater, it ensures hot water rinse temperatures between 185 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit. The user-friendly features include a simple control panel, digital display, thermostatic water temperature control, and electronic temperature gauges. Maintenance is hassle-free, as the control panel slides out for easy front access.

This dishwasher comes with automatic drain and peristaltic pumps for detergent and rinse aid. It includes a full-size peg rack and a full-size open rack for immediate use. The dFilter system minimizes clogs and maintenance issues.

Constructed with durable type 304 stainless steel, it features reinforced fiberglass upper and lower wash and rinse arms. These arms are tool-free, easy to remove and clean. The door includes a safety micro-switch to stop the wash pump when opened and has reinforced hinges for long-lasting use. The door opening accommodates standard-sized loads, measuring 13 3/8" high.
