The Hoshizaki SR27B-12M sandwich and salad prep table measures 27 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 441/4-inches tall. This compact design sits on four 6-inch casters for simple maneuvering on most floor plans for kitchen customization. Because its entire exterior provides a hardy construction made of stainless steel, it resists most dents and abrasions. The base is fitted with a heavy-duty door equipped with a one-piece gasket that ensures a flush fit; this gasket is removable for cleaning. Users can take advantage of the door's 90-degree stay-open feature to stock the 7.21 cubic-foot interior of the cabinet. It ships with one solid, epoxy-coated shelf for sturdy storage.

This sandwich and salad prep table can hold twelve 4-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans in its top. The unit is designed to holds sandwich and salad ingredients such as diced onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, or cold cut within comfortable reach of the operator as they customize dishes. Operators are provided with a worksurface mounted into front of the food pans which measures 27 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 1/2 an inch thick to make sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and a variety of fillable recipes.

To protect items from contaminants and bugs, the top cover of the Hoshizaki SR27B-12M is hinged and features a smooth handle.
